Wie funktioniert das? 03:05 Wie stelle ich das her? Was für Aufbauweisen hat das? 03:08 Es gibt beim Hochbau und auch beim Betonbau zwei Spezialisierungen: 03:13 den Betonbau- und Hochbauspezialisten. 03:16 Die Ausbildung wird dann vertiefend durchgeführt 03:22 und in die Betriebswirtschaftlichkeit hinein. 03:24 Es wird die Lehre durchgeführt. 03:26 Dann meistens einige Jahre auf der Baustelle, 03:30 dass sie wirklich Erfahrung sammeln. 03:32 Dann kommt die Werkmeisterschule oder Polierschule, 03:35 je nachdem wie sie genannt wird. 03:36 Dann weiter eventuell HTL, Baumeister. 03:40 Wir haben sehr viele Mitarbeiter, die diesen Werdegang machen, 03:44 was ich bevorzuge. 03:45 Ich habe ihn selber auch gemacht. 03:47 Man lernt das Handwerk von der Pike auf 03:52 und man weiß dann im Nachhinein, wovon man spricht, 03:56 wenn man draußen auf der Baustelle später steht. 03:58 Das ist das Wichtigste eigentlich. 04:00 Ich schätze den Arbeitsmarkt sehr gut und sehr sicher ein. 04:04 Gebaut wird immer werden, egal ob Hochbau, Tiefbau, Holzbau 04:08 oder Energie, Telekom wie schon erwähnt. 04:10 Ich glaube, dass nur der Trend sich ändern wird. 04:13 Bodenversiegelung - man wird dem entgegenwirken 04:16 und wird schauen, dass man wieder vorhandene Gebäude saniert 04:20 und auf Vordermann bringt, anstatt des Neubaus. 04:24 Aber gebaut wird immer wieder und deswegen 04:27 schaue ich sehr gut in die Zukunft.
