Echt? 00:23 Ich so: Ja, ich habe letzte Woche mein eigenes Boot gebaut. 00:27 Das hat was! 00:29 Größtenteils habe ich mit Glasfaserkunststoff (GFK) zu tun. 00:33 Unter anderem auch mit Holz, 00:35 verschiedenen Lacken und Farben. 00:38 Erstmal wird alles vorbereitet. 00:41 Da muss das Unterwasser geschliffen und gestrichen werden. 00:44 Dann auch laminiert bei den großen Booten 00:48 mit Harz und allem Drum und Dran. 00:50 Dann wird es mit Topcoat gestrichen. 00:52 Also Streichen gehört viel dazu. 00:55 Mit Schleifen, das Deck anschlagen, 00:57 die Decksbeschläge montieren gehört dazu 01:01 und dann kommt es zum Innenausbau. 01:04 Da muss man sehr fein arbeiten, anpassen. 01:08 Es sind viele Tätigkeiten. 01:12 Die Aufgaben wiederholen sich in bestimmten Abständen. 01:17 Aber es ist immer was anderes, weil auch jedes Boot unterschiedlich ist. 01:21 Es ist immer was Eigenes. Es ist nie so wie das davor. 01:26 Das reizt mich daran, weil einem wird nicht langweilig 01:29 und das finde ich so gut daran. 01:32 Die großen Boote bekommen meistens Teak. 01:34 Teak an sich ist es nicht mehr. Es ist ein Alternativstoff. 01:37 Es ist auch Kleben. 01:38 Die Materialien, mit denen ich arbeite, 01:40 die sind relativ empfindlich, vor allem GFK. 01:42 Da muss man wirklich aufpassen: Wo bin ich mit dem Cutter-Messer? 01:46 Wo bin ich mit anderen Materialien? Weil da sehr schnell Macken entstehen. 01:50 Wichtige Eigenschaften beim Bootsbau sind natürlich Genauigkeit. 01:53 Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, viel auf den Beinen zu sein. 01:57 Es ist körperlich anstrengend. Es ist nun mal ein Boot 02:00 und da muss man auch mal unbequem arbeiten. 02:03 Unten drunter, innen drin. 02:04 Dann kann man sich doch nicht so gerade hinstellen. 02:07 Das ist manchmal ziemlich unbequem, 02:08 aber - es macht Spaß, man ist kreativ auch. 02:13 Wenn man mit den Materialien arbeitet, arbeitet man oft mit Atemschutzmaske, 02:17 weil es riecht nicht angenehm. 02:19 Es ist nicht so gut für die Gesundheit. 02:22 Darauf sollte man sich einstellen, dass man sich da schützt. 02:26 In der Berufsschule fand ich erstaunlich, 02:28 dass wir doch so viel am Computer machen. 02:31 Wir haben unter anderem Technisches Zeichnen, 02:35 womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte. 02:37 Also auch wirklich konstruieren, 02:39 in 3D entwerfen. 02:42 Zudem haben wir auch Zeichnen mit der Hand. 02:45 Ganz fein, wie man sich das vielleicht 02:48 vorstellt von der Architektur oder so. 02:50 An dem, was ich mache, ist mir wichtig, 02:53 dass ich es so mache, 02:54 dass es mir gefällt, dass ich weiß, es gefällt dem Kunden auch. 02:58 Dass ich vor allem auch Spaß an der Sache habe, die ich mache, 03:00 weil dann mache ich meine Sache auch gut. 03:02 Dass ich es einfach genau so baue, wie ich es gut finde. 03:06 Kein Pfusch oder so, sondern ich mag es. 03:09 Dann ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass der Kunde es mag, sehr hoch. 03:11 Das Auge für das Detail, das ist wichtig. 03:14 Und auch, dass ich bei manchen Sachen hartnäckig bleibe, 03:18 dass ich es dann so mache, dass es passt, dass es gut ausschaut. 03:21 Zum Beispiel Gelcodefehler, auch eine der Aufgaben. 03:25 Da muss man wirklich präzise sein. 03:27 Da muss man kleine Handarbeit beherrschen können, dass es passt. 03:30 Und da bin ich jedes Mal so, es überrascht mich. Wow! 03:35 Cool, dass ich das eigentlich kann. 03:37 Jetzt habe ich auch meinen Segelschein angefangen, 03:40 weil es ein Sport ist, der unfassbar Spaß macht. 03:42 Ich habe die Rudolf Steiner Schule Salzburg gemacht 03:46 und wir haben sehr viel mit Holz und mit Materialien gearbeitet 03:51 und da hat es mich sehr interessiert, mit Holz zu arbeiten. 03:56 So wollte ich eigentlich die Tischlerlehre beginnen. 04:01 Es hat mich aber auch sehr fasziniert, mit Booten zu arbeiten. 04:04 Das anzuschauen 04:06 hat mich immer schon sehr fasziniert. 04:11 Und dann bin ich auf die Idee gekommen, 04:13 warum keine Bootsbaulehre? 04:15 Die Lehre zum Bootsbauer 04:17 ist eine tolle Geschichte, 04:18 weil du als Bootsbauer 04:20 mit sehr viel verschiedenen Werkstoffen in Berührung kommst 04:22 und mit sehr vielen verschiedenen Werkstoffen arbeiten darfst. 04:26 Also sei es jetzt GFK, sei es Holz, sei es Metall. 04:30 Es ist eine sehr breite Ausbildung. 04:33 Ein gewisses handwerkliches Geschick ist schon Voraussetzung, klar. 04:37 Es ist ein Handwerksberuf und ohne dem geht es nicht. 04:39 Was wir machen, ist zwar komplex, aber es ist erlernbar. 04:42 Es ist keine Rocket Science. 04:43 Das heißt, jeder, der mit Leidenschaft dabei ist, 04:46 interessiert ist, motiviert ist, 04:49 ist herzlich willkommen im Team und kann das lernen.
